How To Become a Member

To become a member of GSC, please follow these steps:

Familiarize yourself with the POOL RULES and the GSC BYLAWS

Submit the NEW MEMBER APPLICATION FORM online.
- Note: The GSC board will review your application and notify you of their decision within 72 hours.

Once your application is approved, we will email you an invoice (via the provided email) to pay for your new membership
- Note: There is a one-time initiation fee that is equal to 50% of the current annual membership dues. For your first year, this is paid in addition to the current annual membership dues.

Pay for your new membership, including the one-time initiation fee.

Complete, sign, and submit the online 'Hold Harmless' release form

Wait for Memorial Day weekend, put on sunscreen, and jump in!

Ways To Pay for Your Membership:

🟢Preferred Method: ACH Bank Transfer Found in Invoice

Each year and/or upon request, we will email you an invoice where you can pay via a secure ACH bank transfer using Square/Plaid ACH service.

🟡Alternative Method: Pay Via Check

To pay via check, make the check payable to 'Gibsonville Swim Club' and mail it to PO BOX 426, Gibsonville, NC, 27249.

You can also bring it with you on opening weekend.

🔴Online Credit Card Payment

To pay for your membership online using a credit card, please email us and we will send you a payment link for credit card processing. You can also bring your credit card to the clubhouse and pay with your credit card in person.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 3% payment processing fee for credit card purchases.

To avoid this fee, please pay using one of the methods above: via ACH bank transfer or via check.

Current Pricing for Memberships

New Membership Initiation Fee

At the time of joining, each new membership will pay a one-time initiation fee that is equal to 50% of the current year's membership dues - in addition to the current year's membership dues.

Family Memberships

For the 2024 swim season, a family membership is $800.

This membership is for households with greater than 1 person and applies to all members physically living in the same household.

A family membership includes 10 guest passes for each season.

Additional guest passes are available for purchase at $5.00 per person, per day.

New family membership first year total: $800 membership dues + $400 one-time initiation fee = $1200 due at joining

Individual Memberships

For the 2024 swim season, an individual membership is $400.

This membership is for a single individual, 18 years of age or older.

An individual membership includes 5 guest passes for the season.

Additional guest passes are available for purchase at $5.00 per person, per day.

New individual membership first year total: $400 membership dues + $200 one-time initiation fee = $600 due at joining

'Nanny' Add-On Option:

As a paid member, you can add a ‘Nanny’ option to your membership for a one-time charge of $30.00 per season.

This option is designed for members who regularly send their child(ren) to the pool with an authorized adult 'nanny' or babysitter.

If you need this option, please email the pool with the name, address, date of birth, and phone number of the person who will be responsible for your children. We will review, approve, and provide you with a payment link for the online payment of the additional charge.
